Gary Gerald works three jobs and still picks up the phone at 2 in the morning when you’re stranded on the side of the road. That says a lot about what kind of business Automotive Services of Delmarva is. Gary was born and raised in Crisfield, and has lived on the Delmarva Peninsula his whole life. The result is a shop and towing company that feels personal, not corporate.
Four trucks roll around the clock, rain or shine, holidays included, across a service area stretching from Dover all the way to the Bay Bridge Tunnel. Tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, short haul and long distance: the team handles it all. With the legacy of Hensler Tow and Recovery behind them, dating back to 1983, and over 60 combined years in the business, you are in experienced hands.
The Parsonsburg shop handles all mechanical work, skipping only tires and alignments because Gary would rather focus on doing the real work well than compete with the big retailers on those. He brings over 30 years of hands-on automotive experience, quotes are honest and upfront, and despite rising costs across the industry, his rates have stayed fair.
Sasha Crocken-Gerald heads up the operation as owner, making this a locally owned, family owned, and woman owned business. Gary and Sasha give back through Toys for Tots, the Tangier Sound Music Festival in Crisfield, and the Pocomoke volunteer fire department and fair, though they are always looking for additional ways to support the community that has been so good to them and their family.
Whether your engine needs attention or you need a tow at midnight, this is a team that knows how to get you back on the road.
